Tampa International Airport experienced significant disruptions during the peak holiday travel season, with 34% of flights either delayed or canceled on December 26. According to TPA’s website, 602 flights were scheduled that day, of which 199 flights were delayed and 4 were canceled. The delays came as Tampa faced one of its busiest travel periods of the year, with high passenger volumes straining airport operations.
