Yelp reviewed these establishments based on ratings and review volume, capping entries at 10 per state to ensure diversity. Each restaurant listed has a passing health score and was verified to be open as of July 25, 2024.

The restaurant’s popularity is fueled by chef-owner Mouna Alchabab, who has a passion for traditional Middle Eastern ingredients. Mouna began in 2010 as a caterer, winning fans for her “smooth and creamy” hummus and baba ghanoush dips.
