Urban Stillhouse St. Pete is preparing for one of its biggest moves yet, as the upscale bourbon destination in the Warehouse Arts District gets ready for a major renovation, expanded dining options, and a new live music venue next door.

Owner Meredith Koko recently purchased the attached property at 2232 Fifth Ave. S for $8 million, giving the nearly six-year-old restaurant room to grow beyond its current 16,000-square-foot footprint and reimagine the space for a new era.
