Water Street’s culinary scene expands with the launch of Toastique, a gourmet toast restaurant, in October
Toastique, a gourmet toast and juice bar, is set to make its debut at Water Street Tampa, situated on the ground floor of Cora at 1011 E Cumberland Avenue. This marks the restaurant’s second establishment in Florida and its inaugural presence in the Tampa region. Strategic Property Partners has revealed that this health-conscious breakfast and lunch venue, led by local entrepreneur Adrian Lojo, is scheduled to open its doors on October 28th.
“We’re excited to bring Toastique, a new-to-market national retailer, to Water Street Tampa as we continue building a diverse and thoughtful retail experience for our growing community,” said Lee Schaffler, Chief Portfolio Officer for SPP.
Toastique will invigorate mornings in downtown Tampa
Toastique, a boutique gourmet toast and juice bar with existing locations in Washington D.C., Virginia, New Jersey, and Colorado, is renowned for its dedication to fresh ingredients. It seamlessly blends the convenience of a fast-casual dining concept with the refined atmosphere of a sit-down restaurant. Spanning a generous 1,607 square feet, Toastique’s presence at the base of Cora is set to enhance the already vibrant dining scene at Water Street Tampa. On its menu, you can expect to find gourmet toast, cold-pressed juice, smoothies, bowls, espresso, coffee, and a range of other grab-and-go choices suitable for any time of the day. Menu prices will vary from $8 to $15.“We knew Water Street Tampa was the perfect fit for our new Toastique location,” said Adrian Lojo of Toastique. “Toastique is focused on enrichment and well-being, which is exactly what comes to mind when we think of Water Street Tampa. We’re thrilled to be part of a new neighborhood filled with high-quality dining experiences.”
So far, Strategic Property Partners (SPP) has successfully secured leases with close to 50 retailers across Water Street Tampa. Toastique is the latest addition to this growing list, joining a diverse range of national, regional, and local retailers and dining establishments that are preparing to open their doors in this vibrant neighborhood. Some of the notable names include Cava, Wagamama, GreenWise Market, Chill Bros. Scoop Shop, Dwell Home Market, Yura Vine Brothers, and Naked Farmer.
The newest addition to the vast Water Street neighborhood
Encompassing a sprawling 56 acres and seamlessly linking Tampa’s central business district with its picturesque waterfront, Water Street Tampa has blossomed into a dynamic live-work-play community in Downtown Tampa. It weaves together a compelling tapestry of new public spaces, residences, hotels, offices, retail outlets, and dining establishments.
