Brian West, Beloved Publix Voice in Tampa Bay, Dies Suddenly

Brian West death has left Tampa Bay mourning one of the region’s most familiar community figures, a longtime Publix representative whose work touched nonprofits, business groups, food banks, and families across Plant City and beyond.

West, a Plant City native and longtime community relations manager for Publix Super Markets Inc., died after an accident at his home over the weekend, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Funeral arrangements have not yet been finalized.
