Residents of Davis Islands will once again showcase their creativity by transforming their golf carts into holiday masterpieces. The parade begins at the Seaplane Basin (650 Severn Avenue) and winds its way through the picturesque Davis Islands, concluding at DI Electric Vehicles (340 E Davis Blvd) around 7 p.m., where an exciting after-party awaits.
