Get Ready, Tampa: Nicki Minaj Performs This Fall

This afternoon, Grammy-nominated rapper Nicki Minaj announced 22 new dates for her “Pink Friday 2 World Tour,” and Tampa made the list.

The “Queen of Rap” will perform at Amalie Arena on Saturday, Oct. 5. General tickets go on sale this Friday, May 31 at 9 a.m. at NickiMinajOfficial.com. Minaj’s only other Florida stop will be at Miami’s Kaseya Center the following day, Oct. 6.

According to a press release, Nicki Minaj’s current tour now holds the record for the highest-grossing rap tour by a woman and is also among the top 10 highest-grossing rap tours by any rapper of all time.

Minaj’s latest album, Pink Friday 2, was released in early December 2023 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
