Two Tampa Bay Hotel Restaurants Rank Among America’s Top 100

Two Tampa Bay hotel restaurants, Elliott Aster and Lilac, have secured places on OpenTable’s list of America’s 100 best hotel restaurants for 2026. The national recognition puts Tampa and St. Petersburg in the spotlight as the region’s luxury dining scene continues attracting attention.

Elliott Aster operates inside The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in downtown St. Petersburg, while Lilac welcomes diners on the main floor of The Tampa EDITION. Together, they represent both sides of Tampa Bay on a list featuring celebrated hotel restaurants from across the United States.
